Initially, it might come as a surprise that 40% of college students and recent grads want fully in-person work compared to just 12% of office workers who are now remote or hybrid. However, it shouldn’t be all that surprising when you consider that Gen Z has spent half of their “adulthood” under Covid restrictions and is understandably craving more intimate, in-person connections.
